This video discusses healthy snack options. This gentleman believes in three meals per day and a total of two snacks. This is normally optimum for maintaining a healthy blood sugar level.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Chocolate knows my name and number calls me all the time. I am trying to break up with chocolate and fall for raw vegetables.Just some Friday humor, but true.

Dark chocolate is good for us in small bites :) It has to be pure cocoa one.
In the 1950/60's we had 3 meals with a rare snack, it was the healthiest way to eat. It is hard to stick to now with the temptation treats out there, but I am trying hard. Good video.
