A Longer Life Span is in Our Future

Ruby Hawk says "How long will our life span be in the future? Scientists say it will be at least a decade longer and maybe more. The goal is to keep seniors living a healthy lifestyle, remaining independent, and working as long as possible. Robert Butler, scientist, says "nonsense" to the dooms day prophesy that baby boomers will bankrupt the nation.

Wow, 82 and working 12hrs, that is good going. I see that in Cyprus a lot, it is the diet and outdoor living, here I think.

This article reminds me of my fiance's mom. She's in her 70's and working full time as a nurse. Of course, she smokes a pack a day and she vows not to quit.
