My wife Jeanette has been on the Raw Food Diet since June 1, 2010 and as of today she has lost 28 pounds. She says that eating raw has changed her life. Her back is now pain free and she has more energy. In fact, she even gave up drinking coffee and all other caffeinated drinks.

The History of the Vought F4U Corsair

The Vought F4U Corsair is rich in military aviation history. It was a fighter that primarily was used towards the end of WWII and in the Korean War. It was a capable of being launched from a carrier and was loaded to the teeth with 20mm cannons and later anti aircraft bombs. With all these heavy armament, it was still one of the fastest fighter aircraft of its time. Many Japanese pilots considered the Corsair the most dominant American fighter aircraft of World War II. It was such a sought after aircraft that Vought could not keep up with production.
