H.E.L.L.P. Syndrome

My dear friend Jo Oliver recently delivered beautiful 6 lbs baby Kendall. However, before she was due she came down with a severe illness called H.E.L.L.P Syndrome. She was forced to have her baby early. According to Jo Oliver "HELLP Syndrome is a condition that only effects 0.2 to 0.6 percent of all pregnant women. Maybe this rarity of incidence is why most pregnant women will not even hear it mentioned during their term. However, as someone who recently had an emergency c-section three weeks before my due date because of HELLP Syndrome, I wanted to share my experience and information about HELLP for pregnant women.
