Attention all beer drinkers!! Do you believe that drinking beer can improve your health? We all have heard that a moderate amount of wine has health benefits, but what about beer? At first glance, I would have to say no but, according to Kristie Leong MD, beer in moderation can improve bone health. Kristie cites several reputable sources in her article. With this in mind, I can drink a few beers a week without having guilt while still enjoying some of the health benefits. So for all the responsible and moderate beer drinkers enjoy your beer, don’t drink and drive, and read on for more information. Does Drinking Beer Improve Bone Health?

Chris, I just saw your comment on "The Southern Jackass" ... read your profile and wanted to email you but couldn't find an address.
I went to school with a David Stonecipher in Chattanooga ... my senior high school year ... goodness, 1956! Not relevant, just a mind trigger.
You have a fine blog ... but I'm more impressed with your profile and what you're doing with your life and would appreciate hearing from you, should you so choose. My 44 year old son is a bit your senior ... hyperactive, with severe dyslexia ... who, with audio/visual support was graduated in mathematics, a few hours short of a dual major (chemistry). However, in the years following his graduation, he has never held meaningful employment of any type though he is eager to so do and is a self taught programmer in more than one language. His so doing is of extreme importance as his well being is at stake, but we have long been and continue to be at a loss as to how to address the problem.
Though we've never met "face to face" ... I consider "The Southern Jackass" my very best friend. He's true blue and four square! My wife Carol and I consider him as almost family and it means so very, very much to us that his writing is well received!
He and I started "The Old Barbershop" (www.theoldbarbershop.com) some time back and "The Southern Jackass" was created as one of its Special Features. Unfortunately, 'The Shop' has basically been in abeyance since Carol's health necessitated hospice care in a nursing facility.
My sincere apologies for the intrusion ... personal priorities will probably prevent my revisiting your blog for some time but should you choose to respond the email address is bob.oldbarbershop@gmail.com.
Thanks!

Hi Bob!
Thank you so much for the time you spent commenting on my blog. I have copied your email address and will be getting in touch with you. I believe that between my wife and I we can get you some information on how to help your son. My wife and I have spent almost 20 years helping people support their children with disability/educational needs. My prayers go out to you and your family especially Carol in her time of need.
Blessings,
Chris
