Healthy Salads for the New Year

I plan to use for these recipes as a part of a new healthy lifestyle change for 2010. Crunch and Delicious Vegetable Salad, Chris’ Scrumptious Chicken Salad, and Chris’ Spring Salad. My weight loss adventure start in September 2009. For more see Chris’: Healthy Salads for the New Year
